You need a degree in genetics just to put the colour of your birds in

if you only race birds - you haven't a clue if they're 'recessive' this and that

It looks pretty simple to me.

 

Your list will help to a certain extent and then you have to start considering, the patterns they can carry, the colours cocks can carry, dilutes and grizzles and so on.
