Michael 123 Posted November 14, 2011 Report Posted November 14, 2011 hi all Im getting some youngsters. They have just been weaned do i need to feed them a different feed to my pigeons at the moment mine are on a winter mix from a local shop.Thanx also what age would i expect them to become mature enough to breed.
peterpau Posted November 15, 2011 Report Posted November 15, 2011 I'd be inclined to breed from 'em in March and give 'em a few short races from mid May. They'll want protein me thinks. Breeding, young bird, or moulting mix.
