Highlight of the season was 2nd section D 6th Open SNFC Ypres with a dark wf hen, shes not the most consitent racer in the hut but she put in a good fly that day :)

She was bred by Davie and Geordie Hunter from Plean. If yer looking fer "strain" then I suppose shes a Hannah x Houben

The sires one Davie and Geordie got from us and is off a pair of Jim Hannah doos I've got both out of 1st West Section 2nd open winners. His brother was with our first doos from Coldstream last year think he was the 2nd one clocked and 11th fed he was the first yearling in the NW fed from Maidstone-1st club,4th open 9 weeks later.Lost this cock at Messac this year :(

The Dam is down through Davie and Geordie's good old Houben cock-hes bred a fair few winners for them :)

My best racers are bred by me over years of pairing best to best. There are many different families of pigeons in them and they have been bred to win up to the coast. They have done me proud this year especially the youngsters. First 5 in the Fed and 9 in the result was just one example of what they have done. They often drop in groups of 6 or more and trap almost together with seconds between them. In previous years I have had pigeons that have scored at all levels but this has always been the one outstanding individual. This year they have flown as a team. These youngsters have dominated the club with 20 members all season. I would not or could not pick just one out of this team because they are all special. The mouth watering prospect for me is to speculate on what they might do next year as yearlings. I already have winning yearlings from this year at Fed level so who knows what they might do.

I might list all their achievements sometime later but for now I will just enjoy them.

This was my best performer this year. He is Ron Williamson N.I. X Jan Theelen hen i was gifted from Jim Hannah. He scored in SNFC Marlborough, SNFC Eastbourne and just missed a treble when i timed him from Ypres.
