So what is the future? for the role.The first thing i would propose is have them trained with up-to-date on weather and climate science which would allow them to have a better knowledge of Meteorological Theory to acceptable level to correctly idenify relevant data and be more effective as a member of the Controlling Team.Voting guys from the hall with no experiance or because they are good Doomen is the wrong road to go down.Anywie thats the season almost over lets enjoy the closed season and get ready for 2012.
