The thing that gets me is that is exactly their argument against eagle owls. There is evidence of one of these introduced eagles attacking a human but that does not seem to make the slightest difference to them. My understanding is that eagle owls are native to these shores and there is evidence to prove it, but the RSPB dont want to know as they are preditors for the raptors they are introducing.
