Wiley Posted July 25, 2011 Report Posted July 25, 2011 a common thing with this time of the year, many say they've lost more but i have to say i haven't. I think alot is we try to look for a reason behind the losses on certain days.
Tony C Posted July 25, 2011 Report Posted July 25, 2011 I dont like it especially with east in the wind. Have known there to be smashes on such days even with old birds.
Guest IB Posted July 25, 2011 Report Posted July 25, 2011 Thing is sun & moon are always together during the daytime in the sky, it's just the usual cloud cover over UK that prevents us from seeing the paler moon in daylight. But I doubt very much if clouds obscure it from the birds when they are airborne. Can't think how it might have an affect on birds homing.
geordie1234 Posted July 25, 2011 Report Posted July 25, 2011 I believe we read too much into it the things! I dont believe the sun and moon have anything to do with it
