Hi, this is just a thought, maybe we should set up a system on this site where by if you sell something a % has to be paid to the pigeonbasics website, say 5% fee or somehting similar? Im sure no one would argue at this? this would then keep the income coming into the site for advertising etc. ? maybe there could be a fee, that you have to pay to actually list on the site say £2 per bird (as this is very cheap compared to other sites), item etc~? this money would then enable the owners of the site to give the site more publicity, thus increasing the visitors to the site, and in turn giving the sellers more chance of selling their items.

Just ideas :)

Yes good idea it would be to charge % i think the selling section should be changed to somthing like an auction site similar to iprr or Pigeon chat or somthing like that that way its easy to control and see whats for sale or even create a classifieds section for users to place adverts, i ahve paid to advertise on pigeon basics via banner adverts also i have made donations towards pigeon basics so % of sale is a very good idea.

Firstly Andrew i suggest you dont comment on the selling section as have nearly mess it up seller and buying.

In my opinion we are all very have the for sale page kindly supplied by Pigeon Basics and ofcourse everyone should donate to help keep the site running. Late month webmaster recieved a cheque for £180 from myself and Raymond Moleveld, i also know that Andrew and other have done the same! Im sure there a few that hasnt tho!!!!

WAS ONLY ASKING A QUESTION, I HAVE NO PROBS WITH YOUR SIGNATURE

no i wasnt having a go or anything, im a very reasonable person really (or so i think anyway lol) it wasnt directed at you or anyone really was just a general statement. :)

Couldn't care less about the signatures really ... is nice to know though that a fee is paid to help run the Site.  Know a site or two that just the owner pays all the 'Bills' out of their' own pocket. Could be that a few take advantage and get across things that might mean a bob or two in their, or someone else's pocket.

That, if the ones that do subscribe don't have any objections - is really then down to the owner who pays the bills and what he feels about it.

There is always a bigger a picture to look at, and if it doesn't effect me, for example, I'm sure I won't give a fickled rat's tail.
