yeboah Posted March 6, 2011 Report Posted March 6, 2011 At Ypres you get a race but they are awe timed in within hour.Nantes is just aboot the right distance?Agree with you on that one would love to compete in the longest race but have not been able to for a few years now as it is a nightmare trying to get birds to survive to any decent age due to continual attacks
midnight_son Posted March 7, 2011 Report Posted March 7, 2011 Is MNFC Tours on the 2nd July (same weekend as SNFC Ypres) or the 9th July ? I think there was a general acceptance at the AGM that having two nationals on the same weekend and race marking the two on the same night was far from ideal. I realise there are limited opportunities to joint convoy so perhaps it is unavoidable in this case. Personally I think it's preferable to have a race on the weekend of July 2nd and another race on 9th July where we have a blank weekend at the moment.

Im not sure but I think the races will be the same day but the marking on different days Jamie, this will combat any malicious talk, re security.
