hi all my parrot is tame and very friendly,but after a short time out of the cage he decides to do one and flys head first into anything..do i clip or not thanks

better to clip it mate save any injuries.

a good friend of mine knows a good bit about these birds ill get back to yea tomorrow

 

i do know they are very temperamental and get bored easily and can do strange things

Sounds like it is getting frightened. If you clip its wings it will try to fly once are twice and then it will realize it cant so will stop trying then
