well my tip would be get a steel wire brush and scrub surface of skin till it become's thick , once your thick skinned you can take abit of abuse , however if you realy feel your been abused delete the message or report to a moderator   ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D

   I, to some, may seem fairly outspoken. But, in the years I have contributed to PB , I HAVE ONLY EVER RECIEVED ABOUT 3 or 4 BAD PMS. SOME OF US PLAY WITH FIRE and expect the consequenses, when we are wrong. WE MUST HAVE GUYS TO AGREE  TO DISAGREE. SO COME ON!  GET YOUR BUMS OFF THE FENCE, AND LETS MAKE THIS SITE

If anyone does receive an abusive PM please make your first action to forward it to me. There is no place for any type of abuse on this forum and I will do whatever possible to eradicate it. This can only start by forwarding, or reporting the problem to me.
