Just How Poor Are The Scots?

With Ireland showing the French aren’t that hot after the trouncing of Scotland, and the lighter Welsh casting Scotland aside, one has to ask just how poor are the Scots in all reality!?

Certainly looks like Wales to be runners up to England now on what games we’ve seen thus far.

Can Italy beat Ireland to the 3rd spot?

Could well happen, and seems most likely that the Scots will be bottom. J.M.O.

Well last year when Italy scored a dropped goal in dying seconds of the game to beat Scotland, you'd have thought they'd won the world cup.

 

So somebody must think we are worth beating. But up-or-down, I'll still be rooting for them.

I do not think the Scots were that bad. The Welsh employed a blitz defence which makes life very hard for any opposition. I sometimes think that the Welsh Team have forgotten the basics of the game and would rather play basket ball. They need to take the ball at speed and run straight. The forwards should be taking the ball at the fringes and pounding the oposition until an opportunity is there for them to release the ball. And they need to suport the ball carrier better by being available at the shoulder of the ball carrier. That is all Chris Aston does, but he does it so well. Sunny Bill Williams does the same thing for the All Blacks, and look at the tries he scores.

the big problem is dan parks he will kick at every opportunity but on the day scotland never turned up
