can you take them off your camera onto your computer or you struggling to get them off the camera mate

if you struggling to get off camera make sure you have installed the software drivers that come with the camera wonce all thats installed connect the usb lead into an usb slot connect your camera to it it will come up bottom right hand toolbar found new hardware let it do a search it will then here a noise bumb usually that will tell you the usb as picked up your camera or docking system if it dont show on screen go to my computer it will be under removable hardrive click on to that then you be able to drag and drop into screen background and open and upload as you use to should sort the problem out

I assume your camera has a memory card.  If so the easiest thing to do is take the memory card out and slot it into a card reader which is attached or built into your computer.  If it a standard memory type you can prop get one of these X in 1 card readers, or you might have to get something that is specific to your brand of camera/memory card.

Anyway this way you can just read the pictures as if they are on a disk drive/usb pen.  no need to install camera software and cables.
