robbiedoo. Posted November 29, 2010 Report Posted November 29, 2010 Hello guy's just thinking who has the best birds in the country, that race over 500mls the West guy's or The East guy's. is this a trick question everybody knows the best doos are in the NORTH
Rooster J. Cogburn Posted November 30, 2010 Report Posted November 30, 2010 Theres doos from the east won in the west.Theres doos from the west won into the east.Theres doos from the south won in to the north etc.etc.Theres doos from Holland,Belgium,Ireland,Australia that have won into Scotland.Bottom line is theres good yins and not so good yins. The good yins have a tendancy to win the hands of good fanciers no matter where they are located. The East fanciers send a lot more birds to the 500 mile races than the West lads nowadays though when in the past it was the other way round.
Guest bigda Posted November 30, 2010 Report Posted November 30, 2010 correct, as here in the west, its very hard to keep a good doo, as there are never any older in the lofts than 2year olds as the hawks control, the amountwe keep, as one fancier said to me the doo is as only as good as its last race, meaning should you win with it the next time it goes it might not make it back, as the hawk seem to have an eye for the best in yer shed
gulkie Posted November 30, 2010 Report Posted November 30, 2010 Hello guy's just thinking who has the best birds in the country, that race over 500mls the West guy's or The East guy's.weave been in this cookin pot before
budgie Posted November 30, 2010 Report Posted November 30, 2010 There is no such thing.Without proper medical guidance guid Doos you cannot reach the absolute top in pigeon racing.Pigeon fanciers are more professional and can we now call it a hobby???
