I had a telephone call from someone that said they were from Microsoft saying they were calling regards all my error reports, they talked me through a few tasks then I hit a point where it would not work so they asked my permission for a technical expert to take over my computer and fix it. They were on the phone explaining and I could see what they were doing

All was going well till they accessed my personal details like bank and credit card so I switched it off immediately and asked him what he was up to, he said it was a mistake my argument was hes was a supposedly a technical expert so I told him to fook off and I reset my computer in case they had installed any programme that would access my details

Maybe it was a mistake by them but I ain't taking no chances and maybe some experts on the site may shed some light but I have now lost all my contacts so can all those that keep in touch through email please send me one

Thanks

It was an odd 6 digit number which I tried to phone back but only a continuous tone
