Well if was living amongst ferile birds it obviously has failed to home , so wouldnt be any good anyway , besides if was reported courier sent it would more than likely return when released to where it was found , so either way a bird that your loft doesnt need how would i feel ???? well i was always told you dont worry about whats not in your loft you look after the ones you do have

Guest IB Posted October 7, 2010 Report Posted October 7, 2010 I was surprised that there was no follow-up on an apparent dumping of dead birds in a public place? Surely correct disposal is burial in a landfill site? I'm always 'interested' in what happened to my birds, but I was told a long time ago that you 'worry' about the ones in the loft.

REDROCKET Posted October 8, 2010 Author Report Posted October 8, 2010 the reason for me starting this thread is like lots of factories and warehouses the place im working has hundreds of pigeons being a pest and now and then the pest controler's are called for and when your controlling a flock it cant be done without killing racers that are in amonst the ferrules.
ritchie1 Posted October 8, 2010 Report Posted October 8, 2010 if any of my birds went in with ferile birds i wouldent want them back anyway so i havent a problem but its a shame all the same
Beanz Posted October 10, 2010 Report Posted October 10, 2010 if any of my birds went in with ferile birds i wouldent want them back anyway so i havent a problem but its a shame all the same Yes but what if it was a stock bird that had got out and you had paid a lot of money for it? Paul
Fair Play Posted October 10, 2010 Report Posted October 10, 2010 A number of years ago my mate and I cleared out the church belfrey of pigeons 70+ and not a ring between them
