gulkie Posted October 4, 2010 Report Posted October 4, 2010 it could be done with the aid of 6 good menwould be the only time the papers would be interested in the sport if they knew we where flying for 20 kso wid the tax man
gulkie Posted October 4, 2010 Report Posted October 4, 2010 I think it would be a disaster, most fanciers train their birdson the line of flight to suit their fed race program, then to take birds and send them in the opposite direction to an open race Ithink it spells disaster.so for me NO.
frank-123 Posted October 4, 2010 Report Posted October 4, 2010 who pays if the birdage is not enough to cover costs ?which rules would it be run under? so thats why it no from me i will stick to the snfc
Guest bigda Posted October 4, 2010 Report Posted October 4, 2010 who pays if the birdage is not enough to cover costs ?which rules would it be run under? so thats why it no from me i will stick to the snfc 2 thing rules would it matter as you would have your race distance done by who every was runing it, just like the three bird club dose but a race from France is imposable to achieve, as the hours of darkness, don't add up for a UK race, were as a race from a due west position can be ,as every pigeon in it has its own line of flight and has wind assistance to star burst from the lib site not like the French races where the wind is blowing them east all the time and for the first 200mile the birds are all on the same line of flight and 90% of the time they are off course
