Floor Grills

What kind of dressings should be placed underneath floor grills to act as an absorbent?

i USE OLD NEWS PAPER UNDER MY GRILLS, THEN ONCE THERE SOILED TAKE GRILLS UP ROLL UP PAPER PUT IN BLACK BAG AND THE DUSTMAN TAKES IT AWAY, THEN REPLACE

i just use loft white

don't you find if you leave the droppings under the grills to long fur grows on the dropping,more so with the damp weather we have been getting.

We clean out under our floor grills one a year, actually this weekend coming as it happens! We don't put anything on the floor or on the droppings. If you have good ventilation you shouldn't get any mold growth and the droppings/floor keeps dry after a week or so build up.

nestbox grills have newspaper underneath them just ordered wooden floor grills to do all my loft out will be putting ant coxxi powder onto the plywood loft floor then put grills ontop seen it on a jos thone dvd dropping s all get transfered into fine powder and easy to lift floor grills and scrap dropping away

do you mean under the grills or just on the floor :-/

take it you got the litter under your floor grills mate or you got them as your loft floor litter
