Hi just put 6 nest boxes in shed should be able to get 6 pair of stock soon can any body tell me best place to get

what are you after exactly ? sprint /distance racers or fancy breeds or colours?? why not put a request on the wanted section ,you may get a good response?    best of luck.     andy.

You have to remember when  you buy older stock from louella they will have to be kept in as it says on there website you fly them at your own risk atleast if you get them from a local fancier and you try  and break them you will know where they have gone to

i would wait for young birds,  its not long now,  stock that you can not let out are a waste of time,, imo

Like suggested you would probably be better getting some young birds to fly out but I would also try and maybe get a pair or 2 to breed from. You will enjoy raising your own and learn a few things along the way then when it comes to next year you will have a better understanding of what s involved breeding from your young birds.

stock that arent let out arent prey to hawks either so if you have paid alot of money there safer inside , but as shes just starting i would recommend waiting a while and getting ybs then she cant get her birds accustomed to her and enjoy them having there freedom

Shouldn't the likes of louellas be paying to advertise on here?  They make enough money out if this place as it is with all the free adverts here.  Just a thought.

I think thats a bit daft. The lady asked for advice, that is what she got. It was someones opinon, thats what the site is about different opinions.
