Guest GP Posted July 26, 2010 Report Posted July 26, 2010 got a pigeon thats in my street, apparently its been around since lunch time . I caught it about an hour ago but it seems like a strong bird and uninjured and when released it flew onto the roof, but when its on the road its not moving for cars and a cat would easily be able to catch it . How long should i give before catching it and getting its numbers etc ? It has a blue ring on and has SU10 on it but didn't get the other numbers , and also has a blue rubber band on the other leg . Its currently in durham
billt Posted July 26, 2010 Report Posted July 26, 2010 Hi I think you should catch the bird as soon as possible, as you say it will be run over or cat food, post ring no. on here, we have members in your area so I'm sure someone will help. Thanks
sapper756 Posted July 26, 2010 Report Posted July 26, 2010 Would be best if you could catch it, and post the complete ring number on this site, then someone should be able to advise you, what to do nexthttp://forum.pigeonbasics.org/public/style_emoticons/default/wink.gif
