hi there

i was wondering if any one could give me any advice

i have found a stray pigeon ( ring number NL 09 125413S)

I know this isnt a pigeon from round here so i didnt know whether to leave it or not

It has been visiting my balcony for the last week and living on it for the last couple of days

I dont think its taking well to the whole freedom thing

If i was to catch it, what would i do with it and where would i take? Or how would i go about contacting its owner?

I would appreciate any help lots :D

Thanks

If there is a local pigeon club near you, or pigeon fancier, get in touch with them, I am sure they will helphttp://forum.pigeonbasics.org/public/style_emoticons/default/wink.gif

Hi, According to the Dutch ring list NL rings start at 1254301 to 1254900. You may have made a slight error reading the ring.

Ring the pigeon racing association on 01452 713529 for details of clubs in Ipswich.

Got a dutch bird in myself yesterday - it's a lot easier to find the owners when they're 'famous' LOL !!! :P

One for the Stock Loft then Sue ;):P

I have reported it to them - as they are frequent visitors to the UK - if they don't want it back - I'll know its no good LOL !!

It's a bit on the large side for me !!
