Guest charlotte Posted May 21, 2010 Report Posted May 21, 2010 hi there i was wondering if any one could give me any advicei have found a stray pigeon ( ring number NL 09 125413S)I know this isnt a pigeon from round here so i didnt know whether to leave it or notIt has been visiting my balcony for the last week and living on it for the last couple of daysI dont think its taking well to the whole freedom thing If i was to catch it, what would i do with it and where would i take? Or how would i go about contacting its owner? I would appreciate any help lots Thanks

ivory Posted May 21, 2010 Report Posted May 21, 2010 Hi, According to the Dutch ring list NL rings start at 1254301 to 1254900. You may have made a slight error reading the ring. Ring the pigeon racing association on 01452 713529 for details of clubs in Ipswich.

charlotte1111 Posted May 22, 2010 Report Posted May 22, 2010 i have emailed his owner hopefully he ll speak english as i dont speak dutch hopefully he ll get back in touch over the weekendif not ienwadebob has kindly offered pick him up on monday and be able to look after him better than i can as i dont know the first thing about pigeons thank you for the help everyone
