The "Barmy Army" are going great guns, 1 lost, 1 killed hitting a tree. other injured birds are ok now.

 

Loft flew them this morning, before taking them training, little sods flew for 3 hours, took them 2.1/2 miles they flew for at least another 1/2 hour.

 

Taking them 5 miles tomorrow.

IF THEY'RE FLYING AND RANGING THAT LONG YOUR ONLY INSULTING THEIR INTELLIGENCE. START THEM AT 20 MILES.....GOOD LUCK..

No Andy I'm not insulting their intelligence at all, you've got to look at the topography of your area and then decide ho to train.

Nice to Know I'm not alone. I let mine out at six and have a job to get 'em down before dark. Similar age to yours Hyacinth. Little Sods is a phrase often used round here too. LOL
