CAN SOMEONE TELL ME WHERE TO GO TO FIND A MAP THAT I CAN USE TO WORK OUT THE EXACT LOCATION OF ONE OF OUR MEMBERS, I NEED TO BE ABLE TO GET HIS EXACT NORTHING AND SOUTHING REFERENCES AS THERE IS NOW A DISPUTE AS TO HIS EXACT DISTANCES SO I NOW NEED TO GET HIS EXACT PLACE FOR NORTHINGS AND SOUTHINGS SO I CAN RE APPLY TO THE SHU FOR NEW DISTANCES FOR THIS MEMBER

it will pinpoint exact front door of house lol

The local council or library should be able to supply with a copy of the local ordinance survey map the SHU may be like the RPRA they do not accept gps or digital maps

Google is nay gode gal... has to be the local council. They sell them for a couple of quid... or may loan you one... or photo copy it for you.

ONLY COVERS USA AND CANADA BUT PERFECT MAPS

You can buy maps from Masons Maps in Dunfermline but they cost about £25 for a small map. Some councils wont give you maps cos of copywrite rules etc (unless you know someone in the know)

You still need a copy of the map as the loft will have to be pinpointed to where it is situated at the address.

By-ra-way, the Multimap info on the nearest station is out-of-date.  8)

 

Dear old Larky returned to the rail network this year after an absence of 40 years. Now has its own station in Caley Road, Larkall.
