HOW DID THE FLYERS WHO WERE RACING YESTERDAY GET ON WITH RETURNS  BECAUSE THE PIGEON NAVIGATION SITE WAS AT BLACK YESTERDAY AND THIS WAS MEANT TO MEAN BAD RACING AND I JUST WANTED TO KNOW IF THIS SITE HELD ANY CREEDENCE AND DID ANYBODY HAVE BAD RETURNS  OR IS THIS JUST MUMBO JUMBO ?

DOES ANYBODY ON THE FORUM RACE THEIR BIRDS USING THE INFORMATION ON PIGEON NAVIGATION OR DO THEY JUST RACE THEM ANYWAY WHATEVER IT SHOWS ?

i do look every week at it   but always think that our race controller and convoyer will not liberate if it is not fit we fly in the staffordshire/moorland fed  where the safety of the birds always come first  as far as i can remember we have never had a bad race due to weather conditions if there is any doubt they will hold

Racing from Peterboro 71mls yesterday.Sent 21 all 21 home within 15 minutes.Slow 1200ypm (SE wind) but good race.

West Essex Fed raced out of Newark yesterday. 26/26 home. Didn't fall in, what we would expect on a S/E wind.

TAM,YOU WILL PROBABLEY GET AS MUCH USEFULL IMFORMATION BY USING THE OLD METHOD OF HANGING A PIECE OF SEAWEED OUTSIDE YA BACK DOOR AND KEEPING A EYE ON THAT THAN YOU WILL BY TAKING ANY NOTICE OF THIS NAVIGATION THING. ;D

What information do they use on pigeon navigation to say if its going to be good or bad. I thought it was the k index, but that was reading green for yesterday ??)

JUST SHOWS DIFFERENT COLOURS AND IT WAS DEFINATELY BLACK YESTERDAY AND TODAY IT IS BLACK/RED
