Hi Bruno

I did not explain it right last night it was getting late. There is a list on there of all the bad bacteria that it does not contain. What is does say its a complete avain gut flora which there are hundreds of good bacteria. They are only based 6 miles from me and have alot of contact with them i will see if i can get a list or some more info. Dr David Renolds is the gaffer there and we mix the flightpath with oil then put it on the food after it has been mixed well its fed to the birds. What do you mean how we depose of it after use?

hi,jeremy you know the yoghurt you mix up (think i read it on pigeon chat) if i made it up with flight path, would the flight path last longer(better value)???

You've answered the question Jeremy.  :)

The 'drinking water' route seems pretty iffy both in mixing it properly and disposing of the water afterwards.

Had picked up the 'on the food' route but assumed [wrongly  :) ] that you put it in the drinker. Couldn't for the life of me work out how you could put it in the drinker without running into mega problems, both in and out.  :)

I'd be very interested in knowing the background to the product and hope you use your contact well for adding to the knowledge of forum members  :) Empty vessels make much noise but make little difference to the wide scheme of things and all that.  :)

I'm interested in knowing what bird species provided the original culture; the name of the  organisms in it; and confirmation that all avian gut flora are the same. On the last point my own thoughts are that they can't possibly be the same as some bird species eat only grain, some only fish, some only meat, some anything! etc.

primalac,who sells this

Its an American company with an email contact on their website:-

http://www.primalac.com/Default.htm

Could contact them and ask if they have a UK Distributer .... but their website does show that their product has the same 4 bacteria species that any decent natural bioyoghurt contains.
