racing rings

Is it better to put the racing rings on the right way up or upside down and on the left or right foot ?

i always put rings on upside down,makes it esier to read the rings when in your hand.

If your taking the rubber off on race days and you hold the bird in your right hand I would put the metal ring on the left leg upside down.
