I aint to keen on getting out the rule book, but on clocks I believe ALL rules should be adhered to.

To my best knowledge, you must have 4 clocks to run a clock station, and this is a union rule.

Please correct me if I am wrong

Thanks

Yes for a Marking station that is a RPRA rule... whether the foriegners, like te SHU and Welsh adhere to it or would... well that is another matter lol

They have problems trying to find a Stamp to stamp their birds wings.

Mind had a stray in this morning, absolutely flown out, a Yearling. No phone number... which they perhaps don't have... nor next door etc. I persume, but an adress... in black on the blackest part of one feather on a dark chequer. I honestly believe it is one of two things... wouldn't want it back, but is applying to the rules... or just hasn't realised. Will feed up with small grain... had three peanuts, and kept in a darken cage in spare compartment.

I think you may be getting this mixed up with the number of members needed to operate club marking,I run a clock station for most of the national clubs and i cant remember reading that rule in the union rules or the various clubs, what you may need is 2 or 3 members when you are opening the clocks.
