0920, over the forth clouds breaking still slight rain, can see other side,

Central Scotland dry, medium-high continuous cloud cover, lower level puffs of grey cloud moving SW beneath it. No sun yet , light ne wind, visibility good.

Seems the weather is still very poor in Cornwall - despite BBC assertion that it is improving down there in the West - so Dorset Fed are on  their way back from Truro to Exeter which should be ok as it's only about 50 miles from here and the weather here is still dry with broken cloud, occasional sun and a gusty NNW wind which seems to be increasing..

in the lothians ,,been raining all morning,,but,,, looks to be breaking now slightly ,, still dark clouds in a nw wind , but looking slightly better than an hour ago
