DOVEScot Posted November 7, 2007 Report Posted November 7, 2007 I heard tonight that DEFRA rules state that birds should not be sold at shows, sales or auctions. they are still banned. They said that no one has informed them of any rule changes. Is this the case or have rules been changed or relaxed. And DEFRA has not notified everyone?

I spoke to Ray Knight last Thursday regarding this issue , as birds were being sold at his show and obviously the show birds were there. I beleive you need to obtain a license from defra.
