Hi i was just wondering what your thoughts were on systems advertised for sale saying it will improve your performances no end if you use this system, & on paying & sending for them you find out some of the products used are unavailable or you are expected to use 4or5 different medications every other week most of wich are antibiotics surely this cant be good for the birds long term

personally i think they are a con mate evryone has there own birds and systems all you can really do mate is take on board tips from honest winning lofts and adapt your own system ive tried different systems mate and gone backwards i do my own system now and im winning mate

this is only my opion though mate

Must, i believe, have firstly a system that suits you - no system suits every bird - and those that like it stay and race... other pop over yer mates on way back, or stay out late, many times lol.

That is a basic for contented birds, which is, and must be the most important thing, before anything else, contentment, to YOUR ststem. JMO.

There are many who advertise these systems that use differant medications and antibiotics  that are very successful, really when you think about it they have to be or else nobody would buy them but as someone said you try differant systems and use the one which is best for you and your birds.Personally i would sooner stick to things like garlic,cider vinegar and gemthepax,you wont go far wrong with those.

maybe it would be better if you purchased a book or video with several fanciers and their methods on it

then you could decide which one suites you
