do you run a virus detector and a firewall if not you need to get them plenty of free ones on the internet

Make sure your password and secret question/answer are as cryptic (read secure) as possible. Not many realise that the secret question is as vulnerable as the password - it enables you to reset the password. Even change your passwords every few months, and don't use the same passwords for multiple sites.

Treat yourself to Bullguard.  About £20 from retail outlets for 1 yr.  Norton Antivirus no use!

 

I find Bull guard one of the best there is at the moment :-/
