do you run a virus detector and a firewall if not you need to get them plenty of free ones on the internet

Treat yourself to Bullguard.  About £20 from retail outlets for 1 yr.  Norton Antivirus no use!

Report it to msn giving the details they need and when they return it to you make a secure password. Also never reveal your password to anyone simple as that

Make sure your password and secret question/answer are as cryptic (read secure) as possible. Not many realise that the secret question is as vulnerable as the password - it enables you to reset the password. Even change your passwords every few months, and don't use the same passwords for multiple sites.
