superstar Posted February 4, 2008 Report Posted February 4, 2008 Report it to msn giving the details they need and when they return it to you make a secure password. Also never reveal your password to anyone simple as that
Webmaster Posted February 4, 2008 Report Posted February 4, 2008 Make sure your password and secret question/answer are as cryptic (read secure) as possible. Not many realise that the secret question is as vulnerable as the password - it enables you to reset the password. Even change your passwords every few months, and don't use the same passwords for multiple sites. Hope this helps
