tomm1e Posted October 29, 2008 Author Report Posted October 29, 2008 They use Coopers - I sent some birds the other week via Elimar and Coopers - never again !!!! With regard to price - £32 is what Elimar charge not the courier - Elimar take a % for themselves. Thanks for that information. I have asked elimar who they use but so far they have not replied.

Guest Posted October 29, 2008 Report Posted October 29, 2008 You could use Pigeon Tracker £30 for 4 birds then £2.00 a bird after that first four boxes are free. Phone 01443 775485 or 07719650553 or 07967535332
ChrisMaidment08 Posted October 29, 2008 Report Posted October 29, 2008 you could use debbi they seem to be doing well
Dougie Posted October 29, 2008 Report Posted October 29, 2008 Shipping terms: All auction winners will be expected to arrange/pay their own shipping expenses If you wish Elimar Pigeon Services to arrange delivery in the UK delivery costs will be charged at £32.00 for up to 4 pigeons delivered to the UK and £2.50 per additional bird thereafter, this applies to a collection from one address. For deliveries outside of the UK (including Europe) please contact Elimar Pigeon Services. We also have a facility for the delivery of pigeons to Ireland arranged via direct payment to John Miller
Dougie Posted October 29, 2008 Report Posted October 29, 2008 According to that statement on their site, I would say that the winning bidder can make his/her own arrangements regarding shipment. Dougie

Guest Posted October 29, 2008 Report Posted October 29, 2008 coopers but i would rather walk and get the birds myself than dealing with these clowns again you would of been quicker tim
jakjak Posted October 29, 2008 Report Posted October 29, 2008 Well for those that do not know Coopers did infact used to be an Amtrak franchise.....nuff said!
jakjak Posted October 29, 2008 Report Posted October 29, 2008 And Elimar use to charge £30 for Amtrak delivery, but Elimar had an account with Amtrak, so infact carriage cost them £25! tut tut
jacksafc Posted October 29, 2008 Report Posted October 29, 2008 Used Coopers half a dozen times so far and only problem was when they picked up thursday or friday, took 4 days, since then i always make sure they collect early in the week and all have ben delivered same or next day. Lets face it you wouldnt send with amtrak friday, they wouldnt take them.
shotgun tim Posted October 29, 2008 Report Posted October 29, 2008 coopers are about as fast as my pigeons 21/2 hours drive it takes em 5 days
