That's why I would never bid on an internet auction to then set the price for another and if thereare any unsold you could get them for a song (not that I can sing) I saw on the SWOL site some of their birds were unsold (last year) and were given away to local fanciers.

Is it not normal for most competition rules to state that no relative/associate/friend/anyone with any connection to the organisers etc., have any  part in that competition.  I find it quite extrodinary that persons who have allegedly won prizes in the Europa Classic, were allowed to enter in the first place, don't you?

im not sticking up for anybody here but how many fanciers from this thread entered pigeons in this years race , i did and put it down as a bad expereience that i hope never to repeat,i knew what i was getting into when i entered my pigeons you pay your money and take your chances its a simple as that :) :) hope not to offend any one but just my opinion   :) :)

good point...i didn't or intend to so i guess i'll bow out of this one. my only worry is that, in the future,if the 1 loft  losses continue it could give the 'antis' ammunition against the rest of us

i did not and never will again 6 birds from 6 nat winners gone on one toss said they were in loft not?????

this comment is very true you do take the chance but a fair chance against some best birds going that should all have a fighing chance but they never did

will next years europa  clasic race  have  relitaves  flying in it, and there yearling birds, or will there credit be returned to them
