superstar Posted November 6, 2008 Report Posted November 6, 2008 He's that far up his own *expletive removed* he wont get it for a day or two
jacksafc Posted November 7, 2008 Report Posted November 7, 2008 As long as you got your money back i wouldnt imagine any of the unions wanting to take it further, although these bids are contracts it would be a brave man who took it to court bearing in mind if he lost what the costs might be.
OLDYELLOW Posted November 7, 2008 Author Report Posted November 7, 2008 well i phone Mr Owen up with a view to resolve this as he is the third party , hes at work till 5 so ill ring after tea time
Roland Posted November 7, 2008 Report Posted November 7, 2008 Well I have had three Emails from Elimar regards my email to him. I will of course address Oldyellow personally with my finddings. But I have to say that in this case A. He acted fairly and wisely. B. That Oldyellow was lucky and C. That oldyellow missed out on a deal. D. Though I still have the same thoughts in general regards Les, I will in this case agree with him. So as far as I am concerned, though Oldyellow may well feel agrieved, this matter is closed. So if Mark sends me his personal email I will share my finding with him.
OLDYELLOW Posted November 7, 2008 Author Report Posted November 7, 2008 i have sent my email by pm but i think hes spun you a yarn i look forward to your email
Roland Posted November 7, 2008 Report Posted November 7, 2008 Aye he might have, and as long as he thinks I'm stupid I am one up on him or anyone else with a good head start. Mark, I have sent you the gist, but I'm not into knitting ;D
OLDYELLOW Posted November 7, 2008 Author Report Posted November 7, 2008 email sent Roland if your email is indeed the case , then why did he take the stance he did with me ?
Roland Posted November 7, 2008 Report Posted November 7, 2008 I feel that you are both forceful and taking unecessary stances, just my view. Easier by far to disagree than be disagreeable. JMO
OLDYELLOW Posted November 7, 2008 Author Report Posted November 7, 2008 he could of resolved this straight away and still could if he wanted to do so , but as communication has broken down on his side i have to address the problem in the way off a breach of contract , i have no evidence to say his claims are factual and quoting him on his terms and condition the quality of birds sent out arent his responsibilty and thats the terms for any auction, i was actual thinking that this may of been resolved today a glimmer of light but alas not , if indeed he has funished you with clear evidence to back his claim then why havent i the purchaser had the same evidence or was it the possibilty of been caught red handed , as i have not the evidence then i will have to still persue on the bases of breach of contract which i dont want to , but i have no option until he can see sense and resolve it like a man
