Guest Posted November 18, 2008 Report Posted November 18, 2008 Has anyone seen a list of the winning bidders? We were bidding on a few but sincerely haven't got a clue where we are with this anymore. I believe we haven't won any that we were bidding on as no confirmation e-mail has been received! :-/
pjc Posted November 18, 2008 Report Posted November 18, 2008 this was a shambles and still no explanation over end of auction etc
retired Posted November 18, 2008 Report Posted November 18, 2008 I am lucky enough to have contacted the three people who's lots i wanted although this has ended up costing the charity moneyas my money will know go to the breeders. One of the lots i was willing to go to £150 for as i knew the pigeon i wanted from him ended up going for £65 and the winning bidder at £65 had a proxy bid of £200 - Yes i wouldnt have not got the bird but it still cost the charity £85 with me bidding to my limit. There is a lot of unanwsered questions here, which in fairness to donators, bidders (winners and losers) and the birdstall site need to be anwsered.

It's not like these questions haven't been asked numerous times already! I'm baffled with the secrecy! How can people pay if they don't know they have won? :-/
