hepste Posted November 20, 2008 Report Posted November 20, 2008 I haven't spent much time on the site recently. I haven't therefore been able to keep abreast of Mr Hitchcock's explanation resulting from the Birdstall declaration that the software did not cause the auction to end early. Could someone please let me know the outcome. I would think it vital that we need to know the true reason for the early end, and crucially, whether Mr Hitchcock or any one of his family/friends etc made any bids (thereby potentially profiting from a premature ending of the auction). I have been prompted to enquire 'cos as a a result of registering with the auction site Mr H is now sending me lists of his birds for sale. Can someone let me know how to block e mails from a particular sender?
alex wight Posted November 20, 2008 Report Posted November 20, 2008 The best bet is speak to him direct, i,m sure he will give you the answers you are looking for. By the way that is one hell of an aqusation, hope he doesnt see fit to use his lawyer. Why look to stir things up on this forum, and not do the decent manly thing and speak to him direct? yours alex.

Far from stirring things up, am I not offering the opportunity for Mr H to provide answers that will show him to be a pillar of the pigeon racing fraternity? If I were him, I would seize upon the chance.
just ask me Posted November 20, 2008 Report Posted November 20, 2008 well he used the the site to advertise the auction and his site a few honest questions he runs away we here no more i think pll wont be happy till they get answers that are out in the open and for everyone to c maybe birdstall should be informed and come on here to put there point of view to things that might clear up the confusion some what

Just hope lessons can be learned for the next time. i think this post has been well put,,,,lessons can be learned and should be , this usually solves problems without aggro. we can only put problems right on this site , we have nothing to do with other sites
alex wight Posted November 20, 2008 Report Posted November 20, 2008 I thought he made his feelings clear as and when the original post about this, was on? i do agree that its good business sense to make customers feel happy.
