my pads are inside two super trap whitch i have altered with two entry holes 4 holes are blocked of during the racing. they go thru the two holes and bob  wires and over the pads.

the pads are drilled with to holes right thru the wood the string goes thru each of them

and two seals are aplied with the numbers taken down and kept by the president and sec

this is true but most lofts adopt this method of traping. i can only tell you that with the

ets you will find that the birds will trap much quicker ie this is what i find mostly with ybs.

you can put the pads in side the loft sealed and catch the bird and scan it over the pad.

my pads are the same sealed in .s h u rule . :-/but you can unplug your pad from the base station and run more pads whats the point of sealing the pads in the frist place :X

I think the clock is a thing of the past ets is here to stay weather you like it or not  lottery grants have helped most clubs get them  and if you look at it the old age pensioners in our sport now have a level playing field no one can stop progress

Each pad carries an individual serial number, which records on the print out after the race, so if you suspect someone is doing this, it is easily checked by looking back all their print offs, and identify if the same pad is being used, since sealing.

i have the ets system woudnt be without it  BUT

wouldnt be without my S T B either as i use it for national races as back up

imagine getting a good one from national ets packed up YOUR OUT

stb packed up nip round to an other fanciers and us his clock

most fanciers are against ets until they get to it themselves then ask them to use a mannual clock and i would guarentee there ansewer would be never

you can but the pads on the out side of your loft

 

or landing bord

 

no jack thats wrong the pads must be inside the loft and have been sealed in place by your sec/ before the first race get the system and try it you want go back to your clock i was not for it at the start but would not be without

If you look at the photo attached you will see that my ETS is inside the loft.  I had the ETS on Petron traps.  I found that if the bird mis the landing board that take time getting back up.  Now i use the floor as a landing board then they just step up and in. :)
