BLACK W F Posted January 10, 2009 Report Posted January 10, 2009 the ones that either win or breed ones to score
REDROCKET Posted January 10, 2009 Report Posted January 10, 2009 cant tell you whats good but i bought 2 black rockets from the leeds area for 2008 y/b season flew them on the natural system and they did'nt impress so i think you can rule them out .however they might have done better in the darkness system
JSTOON Posted January 10, 2009 Report Posted January 10, 2009 The best Blacks that are winning at the moment Mickey are the Peter Van De Merwe, certainly some of the best fliers are winning with them.

Guest REDFOXKRAUTHS Posted January 10, 2009 Report Posted January 10, 2009 your black krauths winning? when we tried blacks with ours i think a crow could fly better lol were did yours come from any chance of trying a pair??
Guest Paulo Posted January 10, 2009 Report Posted January 10, 2009 colour doesn't really matter two types of pigeons ones that win and ones that eat ya corn and makes up the numbers for the race. I must admit I like a bit of colour around the loft rather than the usual cheqs and blues but wouldn't buys specific birds just for the colours. I have a dark van loon x ali busschaert thats won for me twice as a YB last year. Its dads dark and its man a darkish chequer. Its dark with a bit of bronze in it. So coloured pigeons do win but you just never see to see tons of them winning but i guess thats cause theres more chequers and blues around

Guest j.bamling Posted January 10, 2009 Report Posted January 10, 2009 I would go for the Peter Van der Merwe pigeons the line of GWEN carrys the black line !!! Not cheap though !!
DUBLINFLYER Posted January 10, 2009 Report Posted January 10, 2009 The best Blacks that are winning at the moment Mickey are the Peter Van De Merwe, certainly some of the best fliers are winning with them. agree to an extent..... but not all of peter van der merwe that win are black, but some outstanding results with all different colours... but gladdo if ye want blacks that win then these would be my choice, just buy a cock an a hen that are black, im sure you heard the saying black cats have black kittens ;D > ;D
