Question to fanciers in England

Hi

Everybody, I have a member of family living in London, they want  to bring me some racing pigeons from there to Morocco.

Yesterday I went to the airport here in Rabat  Morocco, and I asked them for the possibility to allow getting pigeons from UK,they told me that  pigeons must have a  official paper prove that they have no illnesses. So I want to  know what should my relative do to get this official papers in London.Thanks
