Guest Posted February 17, 2009 Report Posted February 17, 2009 SOONTJENS....... Just to let you know Steve Girwood got his first soontjens from the Elliott Brothers of Aberdeen, Who win multi first prizes with them in club and fed each year, they were also second north section SNFC newbury at 399 miles also first north section SNFC young birds. I THOUGHT THE QUESTION WAS WHO HAD THE BEST SOONTJENS IN SCOTLAND........... Micky Betts does not live in Scotland, he lives in Scawsby, Doncaster.

retired Posted February 19, 2009 Report Posted February 19, 2009 I was very lucky to have purchased two from Mick Betts in a recent sale and after speaking to Mick will make the trip over and try a few more from him at the same time. I have a few of the Clayburn soojten blood crossed into the Syndicate birds, in fact they are on loan this year at rory the reds down in Brighton - Lovely speciemens though.
