If some one in a pigeon club is made a Life Member.

What do's it mean???

(1) If he no longer flies pigeons but still active in the club, Do the club pay his RPRA fees?.

(2) Do he forgo his club fees, & still have a Vote in club busness?

(3) if he wants to come back & race his pigeons in the club, Well he have to pay the full club subsription & Fed Fees,  As he is still a LIFE MEMBER,

Birdage He WILL have to pay. That one is easey!!

There that some thing to get your heads around.

NO JOKES PLEASE>

The club basically pays his "admin fees", subs, RPRA etc as long as he is alive.

A Scottish point of view, which I would admit is long oot of fashion , if you are elected an honourary member you save club fees only. Still a great honour right enough in my opinion!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

He can be a non flying member his subs drop to about £2.50, dependant on rpra rules. He can not vote on club business but can vote rpra business. He pays this himself unless members agree to pay this for him. If he wishes to fly pigeons then he has to re-apply as a full flying member as if he was joining for the first time. Never heard of a life member so may be this is something with in your club.

Rule 160 may help, doesn,t actually say life members but some things that cover non flying members might apply.
