cemetary Posted March 23, 2009 Report Posted March 23, 2009 This pic was taken, if i stand correct 3 years ago at Blackpool, what a time we had, it was one of the best years i have had at Blackpool, with my old pals, Wedderburn, Whittaker, Harry from Oakley. We also met up with some of the guys from Stirling, they were staying in the same hotel, we got a wire for a horse that day, and we were quids in. Off-course i had to do the running to the bookies for the old gits, ;D ;D didnt get any extra for it though.

Beanz Posted March 23, 2009 Report Posted March 23, 2009 At Blackpool this year me and my father in law ended up with Bob in The Georgian Hotel caberet romm on the Saturday night, we had a cracking night a true gent seemed like we had known him for years and he told us if ever down his end please call in, don't know where he put all the double whisky's, if I live to his age I hope I am as fit as he is, hope to see him again in 2010 good health and good flying in 2009 Bob and I hope you win the National again.
