PIGEON_MAN Posted March 31, 2009 Report Posted March 31, 2009 Normally when I allocate rings to members birds I sometimes get one or two that play up,you dont mention that you have had your ring allocated yet,I think when you do your sec.or whoever does them will pick up any thats not working properly.

Roland Posted March 31, 2009 Report Posted March 31, 2009 Happened in Belguim ... It seems there that they kept them and utilised a scam winning thing with them. Often takes two to cheat.... but not always.
Roland Posted March 31, 2009 Report Posted March 31, 2009 Yes of course they will be replaced if asked / reported.
Guest IB Posted March 31, 2009 Report Posted March 31, 2009 Possible reason is that you have not cleared your clock of all rings recorded at the last training stint. You need to delete all rings recorded then, before your birds arrive from the next one. Ring will only record once.
Roland Posted March 31, 2009 Report Posted March 31, 2009 IB.... I believe we are actually talking about the 'Duff' rings that have been about for a while now ... AT least I'd give the poster the realism that they know what to do etc.

mic Posted April 2, 2009 Author Report Posted April 2, 2009 more dodgy rings in this club, different member, wait till racing starts.all rings were cleared after training so theres a dodgy batch of rings out there, this is not just a one off, there is a few members with the odd ring not working, and its got nowt to do with not being allocated,DODGY BATCH.

Surely you want them replaced before racing starts? If these rings aren't working then they should be returned and replaced free of charge, as they are not fit for purpose.
