My own build?????

I know its not perfect but i havent got the money for anything more.I build the loft my self and it only cost me £250.00.

Its 28ft x 8ft .(no insalts please),advice more than welcome.

must be cheap a loft that size in dublin

would cost about 2000 euro 2 build
