Guest Freebird Posted June 6, 2009 Report Posted June 6, 2009 I feel very lucky to never have experienced the horrors of war. What these people had to endure is un-imaginable. My heart goes out to all who died and all who are left behind. If not for them, where would we be? Let's never forget their sacrifice.
pjc Posted June 6, 2009 Report Posted June 6, 2009 They should always be remembered and i hope they won't ever be forgotten, RIP
Mr Yorkie Posted June 6, 2009 Report Posted June 6, 2009 Lets also remember how important a role pigeons served assisting the troops.
pjc Posted June 6, 2009 Report Posted June 6, 2009 wouldn't it be nice to see a basket of pigeons at every parade and celebration in memory of the events!
Guest Posted June 6, 2009 Report Posted June 6, 2009 Quite agree, it's a shame that next year they might not be remebering them at all Those brave men and women should ALWAYS be remembered. They gave their lives so that we can have our freedom and we should always be grateful. God Bless them ALL R.I.P.
