thats me back online , had a couple of viruses all cleaned up now .last sunday morning myself and raymond birnie were injecting my doos and letting them out one at a time. raymond then spotted a female sparrowhawk up high basically caseing the joint ready for a hit. as we watched her a larger bop came into site and caused the sparrowhawk to dive for cover we then realised it was a peregrine on the hunt . it immediatly folded its wings and dropped like a rocket hitting a red cock about 30 feet above my loft. the red cock fell in a puff of feathers into a neighbours garden. it was so close to me i could see it was a this years young female still in nest colours.at this point i was jump ing about clapping my hands and shouting ,raymond was whistling and howling and running arond like mr blobby on acid . the falcon was determind to get the doo but after about two minutes it slowlly gained hight and drifted away.my jack russell harry on hearing the noise came running out the house as he usually thinks thers a cat to chase when he hears me shouting.i then ran along to my neighbours garden to see if the red cock was still alive when it fluttered up on to a low wall minus its tail and blood comming from its leg somewhere . i was about to grab him when a cat jumped onto the wall and grabbed him followed by harry nailing the cat and all three falling back over the wall. as i jumped on to the wall the red cock burst past me and flew into the loft .harry and the cat disappeared rond the side of the neighbours hoose then came back chuffed to bits his wages well earned. i can assure steve taylor that at that time there was no whisky involved.the red cock is now called lucky jim

Doomaloons done a runner I think so I will tell the story.

Doomaloon and Raymond Birnie were injecting some latebreds , as they were doing this they were releasing each bird outside the loft. When they finished they looked up and saw the birds circling round a sparrowhawk, the next thing they saw was a peregrine diving at the batch. The youngbirds scattered in all directions with the peregrine focusing on a red cheq. It hit the red cheq above the loft, knocking it into the next garden. Percy then rose to watch proceedings from above as Doomaloon tried to get over the wall to find his doo, just as he climbed onto the wall, the red cheq flew up onto the wall with half his tail missing and blood pouring from a wound in his side, the next thing a cat jumped up and grabbed the poor red cheq but all was not lost as doomaloons jack Russell pounced on the cat which then released the red cheq which then flew back into the loft and not surprisingly has been named Lucky.

Incredible or what????
