alex wight Posted August 22, 2009 Report Posted August 22, 2009 Am i a happy boy or what. After the time i have had recently, what with arson attack last year, moving house because of it, moving job and restarting pigeon racing. And more recently losing a very good friend of mine from Peterhead, Arthur Buchan. I was first club today from Witton Castle 117 miles. In Arthurs memory i will be naming the young hen "Arthurs Lass". What an emotional day its been. yeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeha ;D ;D Its a pity he wasnt here to see it, but he sure was there in spirit

alex wight Posted August 22, 2009 Author Report Posted August 22, 2009 ;) ;)happy for you alex after speaking to you a lot recently and knowing your dedication you deserve it good on you . Why thank you robbie, i try and do my bit, however as said before a lot of credit goes to Arthur Buchan who spent ages on the phone advising me of what to do and how to do it. Its sad that he has passed but i have printed off every little piece of details that guides me. He did say to me, "you do as i advise, and the tickets will follow". Well i,ve had a 7th, 6h and first out of the 3 races. I do believe i should have been on the fed result to. So i am chuffed to say the least.
