Virgin are having a major national problem at the moment with their webmail, msn and outlook express, it has been like that for two days :-/

I think you can do it by e-mail but you would need another e-mail to do this this as you cant get into your MSN. The only other thing i can suggest is someone else has tried to get into your account and used wrong password and they now blocked it im not too good with comps myself i would try & contact them mate they should be able to sort it for you.
