    just wondering what other people think on this iam in agement with the member

   ower club have what  we call show races 5 old bird 4 young bird you are allowed

  to send 4 birds in these races and they go with diferent contraciter to a differnt race

  point to club birds on a sat

   now the member concernd takes the show birds to the contracter for the club and he

   askt contracter if he could pay for a basket for is other birds in stead of sending them

   in the club contracter said yes as long as you write asheet for me ring nu name adres

    tel phone

   now 29 birds with contractor tener club 29 birds 20 pounds 75p  sec is theatening with geting him band for ungentemley conduct for not sending in club what do you think

i am am sorroy it is my first time trying to post eny thing lad is wanting to send with

contractor again this week and sec has theatend to call meeting to have lad band

you can send your birds any dam where you please and with whoever you wish .  you can be a member of a club but there is no rules that say you have to race pigeons there .

 

The sec has no right to tell anyone when to send birds or to where, if he didnt send birds it would make no odds anyway.     ??) ??)Tell sec to  :X :X :X

well i under stood it i think some people are nasty .The club sec is trying to ban the young lad for not sending with club and paying20.00 quid were the lad only wants to send exess for a tranning toss at 10.00

he got no control over who you send your birds with your birds your choice

I do not seem to agree with the rest of you on this,

 

If i have read this right this lad is going straght to the transporter and giving the driver a drink to take his birds. If everyone done this there would soon be no club/fed etc just a guy with a lorry taking everyones money.

some fanciers cant get into a club in there area because thay are top flyers so thay should be able to send them with the transporter as trainers if this is ok with the driver, at least thay can then send in nationals.

private races so its up to the club to have a ruling to stop it or change contractor taking birds as a private transporter then 'no fed fees' are being taken away

Not sure if i read this right but he is sending trainers which is fair enough lot of clubs let you do that but instead of putting them through the club hes going straight to the transporter and paying the driver if thats the case and the driver is not passing the money on to his fed shouldnt it be the driver that someone needs to have word with

 

i agree sounds like the driver is putting money in his pocket and trying to blame someone else for his wrong doings.

no every thing is donecorrect and above board he fills a sheet in just incase defra or the likes stop him  it is the sec of the club that is at fault if he carrys on he is going to finnish the club as no one wonts to take it on most ofthe time he suits his self

if your a member of the RPRA and the birds are injected and are on a sheet

you can send them as trainers as long there is space on the wagon .

i used to be in a two bird club you sent two birds plus 4 trainers if you wanted to send more

you paid for a basket to send the rest and were all liberated together . ps , it,s not up to the sec

to say that he can,t stop you .

He is a fully paid member RPRA, birds injected, they will still not take the birds.
