Guest frank dooman Posted January 28, 2010 Report Posted January 28, 2010 all thease oils need to be cold pressed thats a must
Guest Posted January 28, 2010 Report Posted January 28, 2010 all thease oils need to be cold pressed thats a must so Frank , if any heat has been used to process it , it loses some quality then?? or effectivness? i looked at a bottle of the stuff in Asda yesterday, would that be ok to use do you think?
Guest frank dooman Posted January 28, 2010 Report Posted January 28, 2010 when the seeds are pressed they actualy cause heat the press has to be cooled to stop that the colder pressed the better the qual. but the less the yield the other way is to extract useing chemicals but it looses lots of its good qualitys but nearly double the yield is it cold pressed if so yes, go to tesco and get Good oil (hemp oil)
