Wouldn't worry about it, got told on the phone when complaining the other day they are fed up with us small minded pigeon men anyway. Guess they better find something else to sell to a different audience.

i couldnt say i canceled my bhw ;) however they had expanded at that site and went into pet stuff , very poorly stocked at pigeon stuff and from amount of posts on here from disgruntled customers and response they make towards customers its not very good ;) was handy as was close to me but can get my stuff from another farm shop rest will have to send away for ;)

Strange how they let their reputation slide.

Poor service and run arounds, business on these grounds doomed to fail.

Taylors choice seem to be the new choice.

Simple and no run arounds. All over forums you just hear of good service.

This small minded fancier wont buy a thing from them again.

Just placed my first order with Taylors choice, Very pleased with the very pleasent person on the phone.

They said my goods will be here tomorrow or Thursday.

Why use Boddy & Ridewood and wait 3 weeks hoping they dont go bust in the mean time.

Now I use Astbury Pigeon Supplies for everything. But i still get the B&R catalogue for a look through and to pinch ideas from  ;)

they would be a big miss at Blackpool I think

A lot of the normal stuff fanciers stock up on at Blackpool they hadn't got, nest felts and widowhood fronts etc.

They were expecting delivery in March!

i can never remember receiving a fast service from b&r, i normally wait at least 2 weeks for any order, and so rarely use them for that reason! for example a couple of weeks ago i tried to order a book, i was told they had no stock, i asked when they would get stock and they didnt know because there system was showing the item in stock and so had to carry out an investigation...well the customer isnt interested in there stock problems, in todays world people just want a fast service on goods ordered, im suprised theyve lasted as long as they have to be honest! i ordered my book from the U.S.A. and got it from there within the week.

I had a similar issue with them. i phoned them up to order a book, was told yes we have plenty in stock, they took my card details and i paid for next day delivery, 5 days later still no book, i was on the phone screaming at them to be told sorry theres nothing we can do, they didnt even give me my next day delivery charge back. that was the 4th time in a row i had delivery issues with them and that was the last time i ever dealt with them. the best thing they can do for the fancy is go under which hopefully thats the way they are going. as others have said use murray and mills or taylors far better service.
